The Plantronics Battery W700 84598-01 is a convenient backup or replacement battery for Plantronic's Savi W440, W740 and WH500 convertible headsets. On a full charge, it provides up to 7 hours of talk time, 50 hours of standby and up to 75 days of storage time when removed from the headset. A full charge is reached after three hours.
Installation is easy, simply place the battery on the inside of the headset and slide it into position. The battery can be switched in mid-call without getting disconnected as long as you reattach the new battery within five minutes. This provides the headsets with unlimited talk time and an excellent reason to have a spare battery on hand.
